On October 12, 2024, for one night, the Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon will be taken over by the rich culture of Guinea-Bissau: the artist Patche Di Rima will take the stage of the iconic venue, presenting a night dedicated to this extraordinary and vibrant culture with the support of the Marimba project.

With over 20 years of music and experience, Patche Di Rima is unanimously regarded as one of the greatest artists of the current generation of Guinean singers and songwriters, and a true ambassador of Lusophone music, thanks to an almost continuous global tour that has taken him to countries such as Germany, Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Denmark, the United States, the United Kingdom, Macau, Mauritania, Senegal, Qatar, Dubai, Italy, France, Ivory Coast, Cape Verde, and Gambia.

2021 marked the return of the artist to the recording scene. Tina Medley Tributo a Mandjuandadi is the name of his fifth album, released under the MARIMBA MUSIC label, which promises to surprise those who have followed him closely or those who wish to embark on an exciting journey of "sabura" with the sounds of Guinea-Bissau.

Through 13 songs, the singer and composer—who reveals a deep and admirable respect for the traditional Guinean sound—guides us through stories of love, but above all through messages of hope, optimism, and pride in his country, in a true anthem to "guineendade" (Guinean identity).

Aware that music is a tool to change the image of his country, Patche Di Rima has focused on music that is intrinsically Guinean, especially songs sung in the tina style, dedicated to the culture of Mandjuandadi.

This culture (and event) highlights the central role of women, with a focus on cultural organizations primarily composed of women who come together to express their views through music and dance.

Patche Di Rima will be joined by Eneida Marta, Mamba Negra, Ammy Injay, Jery Bidan, Memu Sunhu, Iva, Ichi, and Netos de Bandim.
