The Marimba Project was received, on Monday, by the provincial governor of Huambo, Lotti Nolika, and focuses on the traditional Katyavala group and the Bailundo Kingdom.
According to information published on the Huambo Provincial Government's Facebook page, the team of journalists chose the central plateau for their research due to the number of kingdoms and the existing cultural diversity.
The Marimba project, which involves professionals from countries such as Portugal, Spain, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, the Netherlands and Angola, is financed by the European Union (EU), in partnership with the Camões Institute of Portugal.
