About this training
Initial Training and Technical Capacity Building
Kick off workshop directed to all co-applicants and partners with the goal of promoting harmonization and awareness of the project's values and objectives. It will address the following questions:
- Inclusive, digital, green, compassionate proposal, aligned with the transversal objectives of the invite;
- Levels of professionalism and rigor in carrying out the activities;
- Processes for collecting information for interim reports;
- Definition of criteria associated with the recruitment of human resources and their choice for the integration of female professionals;
- Mechanism for professional training and technical capacity building;
- Project execution schedule.
